Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) is a prestigious institution which is known nationwide and abroad. OAU is the second biggest university in Nigeria. OAU is located in Ile-Ife, Osun state, Nigeria.
This is to inform every UTME candidate who have selected Obafemi Awolowo University as the institution during UTME registration, have or haven’t written their UTME, see their score and wish to apply for admission into the university about the general JAMB cut off mark for OAU.
The JAMB cut-off mark for OAU is 200. Once you have 200 and above, you can proceed to preparing for OAU Post UTME but if you have less than 200 in your UTME, you will not be eligible for OAU post utme or admission.
NB: The higher your UTME score, the higher your chance of getting admitted to your desired course. Each departments has its requirement.
Also, you must pick OAU as First Choice in JAMB and if you did not, it is advisable to change.
Moreover, Candidates who meet the cut off mark are automatically eligible to register and sit for 2021/2022 POST UTME test when the form is out and if successful, would be granted admission into OAU.
As for candidates who sat for the UTME and did not meet the cut off mark of OAU, all hope is not lost, you could decide to change institution or course to any other Nigerian institution that your current score meets their cut off mark.
