This is a movie about an intelligent young Master’s student,Moremi who speaks out after a University don,Lucien N’Dyare attempts to rape her and her many attempts to free from the web of lies spun by the main character. This movie was based on real life events that happen in Nigerian universities. Citation was directed by Kunle Afolayan and was written by Tunde Babalola.

The story revolves around the struggles of a young woman,a first-class student in her final year confronted with an age-long dilemma with the Head of Department,who is hell-bent on ensuring that she doesn’t graduate with a first-class. Also standing in her way of success is a family rite that wasn’t performed in due time. May 29 was directed by Awal AbdulFatai Rahmat and starred Bimbo Oshin, Akin Lewis, Anto Lecky, Abayomi Alvin. The student union government of a University were all out to eradicate the deadly secret cult terrorizing the peace of the institution. The bandits wanted to strike a severe blow at the union and fear into the minds of the students but George Iwilade popularly known as Africa;the student union president,a brilliant young leader dedicated his life in achieving a lasting change. Omo University was produced by Muyideen Oladapo starring Muyideen Oladapo, Gabriel Afolayan, Mercy Aigbe, Femi Adebayo, Olaniyi Afonja, Adekola Tijani, Toyin Adegbola, Samuel Ajirebi, Hafiz Oyetoro, Ibrahim Chatta, Funsho Adeolu, Damola Olatunji, Akin Lewis, Bigval Jokotola, Soji Taiwo, Tunde Brainard, Oyinkansola Elebuibon, Yomi Adeyeri, Kunle Afod, Dele Odule, Kola Oyewo, Peju Ogunmola.

The comedy movie was based on the adventures and youthful exuberance of five male University students and their two female friends all with different personalities and interest emphasis on the perception of each student’s success and how their unique approached to life and school issues produce result. This movie was set to dish out rib cracking humor, educate the youth on the culture of hard work and showcase the beauty of the Nigerian scenery. Zone 222 was produced by Roger Ofime starring Tomiwa Kukoyi, Papa Sam, Jayeola Muyiwa, Anthony Igwe, Vannesa Ogboru, Eden Attai, Patrick Diabuah.

5. The Final Contest

This is a story of unconditional love, passion,rejection and the tenacity of the will of God in marital issues. This movie explains in details the misconceived concept of love, dating, friendship and the will of God. The final contest was written and produced by Seyi Obembe.
