No one is new to the 720k court case due to the Students’ Union missing money. Since the money has been refunded, the said culprit was arrested and then remanded at a court hearing on the 13th of April, 2022.
The next hearing slated for the court case in respect to the 720, 000 Naira withdrawn on Friday, 8 April 2022, from the Union account was called for another mention today, Tuesday, 26 April 2022.

The case has now been adjourned until Thursday, 9 June 2022, for hearing. The adjournment was agreed on based on the submissions of the counsel to the defendant who stated that Dr IBK had health concerns.
