Senator Ademola Adeleke who represented the Osun-west senatorial district between 2017 and 2019 is now vying for the gubernatorial post under the People’s Democratic Party.
The first local government campaign of PDP’s Governorship candidate, Senator Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke held yesterday. As it’s tradition of him to visit the dignitaries first, he visited the Ile Ife palace to pay homage to the King, His Royal Highness Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, the chiefs and the elders.

He appreciated the people of Ile-Ife for the maximum support given to him during his days as the senator and asked to be accepted as their governorship candidate in the forthcoming 2022 governorship election.
During this, he urged the people of Ife to get their PVC before July 16th 2022 while letting them know of his plans if elected as the next governor.

Prince Adewale Adewusi (the son of Ile-Ife and Senator Ademola Adeleke’s Deputy), Prof. Wale Oladipupo(the chairman of the Campaign Organization of Senator Ademola Adeleke), Honorable Sunday Bisi, Akogun Lere Oyewumi Kamorudeen, Ajagunla and all PDP leaders in Ife Federal Constituency were present at the first campaign.
The next government campaign train of IMOLE OSUN 2022 is holding at Ifedayo and Ila local government today, 14th June 2022.
