- Only graduating students are eligible to make payments for the Convocation Ceremony via this page.
- Kindly ensure you make payment once for the Convocation Ceremony.
- Navigate to the “Payment” section to generate the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) slip for payment.
- After successful payment transaction, if the payment status is not showing “Approved” or “Successful,” kindly use View Transactions and click on the corresponding “Get Status” button to check the transaction status.
3) Receipt Printing:

- After completing the payment, click on “Print Receipt” to generate five copies.
- Submit one copy of the receipt to the Exams and Records Unit for the collection of your certificate.
- Submit the remaining copies to your Faculty, Bursary, and Internal Audit during the Convocation.
4) Special Instructions for Ph.D. Graduates:

- All Ph.D. graduates are required to purchase the Academic gown from the Exams and Records office for the Convocation ceremony.

- It is imperative that all graduating students complete the online registration on or before the 6th of December, 2023.
